This simulated whom it may concern may represent a real one. The creator, Mn10, created this simulation only because of liking the real place and to keep that place in memory. There is no intention to publicize anything that real authorities do not want the public to do so. To real-life parties: If you really want this simulation to be removed, please contact the creator with a very good reason. Additionally, an absolute proof of your relations to the real place would be nice.
