Point Square Dublin is a non-fictional building that is based off a mixed-use 7-floor building that has the same name in Dublin Docklands. It is planned to have a 4-star hotel called the Gibson Hotel, shopping center, and an office building. It will be part of Build 2 of Lift Excelsior's IP, alongside The Spaceport Triology. More detailed floor plans will be coming soon once Lift Excelsior reveals them.
