The Modernham Vista Observation Tower is an observation tower located in Modernham and was was created by M72. It has a total of 15 elevators. This is also one of M72's earliest buildings to use custom floor ID numbers for the elevators by changing the code to display whatever letter is assigned to what floor the user wants (like L for lobby).
